Safeguarding
St. Mary’s and St. Luke’s recognise that all aspects of our work with children, young people and vulnerable adults is the responsibility of the whole church community.
We commit ourselves to the Gospel message of welcoming all and reaching out to the most vulnerable. We aim to nurture, protect and safeguard all our members, particularly our children, young people, and adults when they are vulnerable, and those who work with them.
We are committed to safeguarding as an integral part of the life and ministry of the Church; we aim to ensure that all aspects of the House of Bishops’ Policy, ‘Promoting a Safer Church, are promoted and adhered to by all those who serve God within our church. The Policy is available here: House of Bishops’ Policy
